The listed price includes the use of a meeting room and its equipment (smart TV, video conferencing, flip chart, notepads, and pens, etc.), as well as setup according to your needs (theater-style, U-shape, conference-style, etc.), reception of your participants, and secure fiber-optic Wi-Fi.

You can book and pay for your meeting room online directly on our website by clicking “Book.” Check availability, add services, and confirm your payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you, and our team will contact you. It’s never been easier to get together!

Several catering options are available and prepared on-site in our restaurant:

  • Gourmet break: in the morning and/or afternoon, featuring pastries, tea, coffee, fruit, and fruit juice
  • Seated menu of your choice: for a business lunch or team dinner, our chef offers two menus featuring a main course and dessert or an appetizer, main course, and dessert with 2 to 3 choices, accompanied by a bottle of water, coffee, or tea!

Do you need a larger reception space? In addition to meeting room rentals, we offer the option to reserve—either entirely or partially—the residence’s restaurant to host all your events. A customized catering package will be provided!

Our meeting rooms are available for full-day rental from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, as well as for half-day rentals (mornings from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM or afternoons from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM).

The various spaces in our residences, including the meeting rooms, can be fully or partially reserved for video shoots, photo shoots, and even showrooms!

Please note that without minimum rental spending, shootings cannot take place during our restaurants’ opening hours or at weekends. You can also come and see the site on site, or take a virtual tour.

Electric bike rental in Grenoble

The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).

Monthly rates (including maintenance): from €27 (€15 for under-25s) for a classic electric bike to €40 (€22/month for under-25s). We strongly recommend the VAE Montagne model.
