Our coworking spaces can be adapted to all your needs. From a nomadic pass to work by the day, to a monthly open-space workstation, to a private individual or multi-station office… Our contracts are based on flexibility and no commitment.

As a Babel member, you can take advantage of all the services included (domiciliation, concierge service, call box, free access to meeting rooms, etc.), common areas (restaurant, gym with classes, terraces, etc.) and events organised for the community.

For open-plan offices, the price includes a double screen, drinks and call boxes and meeting rooms that can be booked on site! For closed offices, the offer includes a turnkey office with designer furniture, reversible air conditioning, customised storage and comfortable chairs.

The prices shown also include all our services: cleaning, concierge, domiciliation, ultra high speed wifi, free meeting rooms… But also free and unlimited access to the common areas of the residence and to weekly events!
Finally, the price includes the charges as well as the expenses related to the repairs and the maintenance of the common parts of the residence: lift, kitchen, lobby…

More and more SMBs are opting for coworking, so we tailor the spaces to their needs. A motivating offer for their teams, and attractive to new talent.

We offer a day pass to work from a mobile workstation in an open space! The pass can be booked directly online on our website.

This offer includes a double screen, beverages at disposal as well as call and meeting rooms that can be booked on site.

If you have a closed office or a monthly open space, you will have access to your space from Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 22:30. For customers with a day pass, access is Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm!

Free electric shuttle service

We provide our customers with a free electric shuttle that picks you up on request at the docks and drops you off in less than 3 minutes in front of our residence.

Opening hours:
– Monday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
– Tuesday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
– Saturday from 12pm to 3pm & from 7pm to 10:30pm
– Sunday, 12 to 4 p.m.

Electric bike rental in Grenoble

The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).

Monthly rates (including maintenance): from €27 (€15 for under-25s) for a classic electric bike to €40 (€22/month for under-25s). We strongly recommend the VAE Montagne model.

Book your bike before you arrive and collect it directly from Grenoble station (open 7/7).
