In Grenoble, in the heart of the city centre, nestled in the foothills of La Bastille, the fourth residence The Babel Community will open its doors in January 2023. Wherever you stand, the view of the city and the mountains is breathtaking!

Here, everything is designed to ensure that its occupants thrive: turnkey from turnkey coliving apartments to flexible Coworking workstations. But there are also a number of communal areas designed for relaxing and sharing moments together: a restaurant restaurant, a sports hall and its gymnasium, amazing meeting rooms, numerous gardens and terraces to share… All of this is part of a broader ecosystem of services (housekeeping, dry cleaning, concierge services, etc.) designed to make life easier and free up time for what really matters! Events are held every day to bring together housemates, coworkers, and neighborhood residents! Together, they coexist and form a vibrant community: The Babel Community.

SAINT-LAURENT DISTRICT

Right in the heart of Grenoble, the Résidence is located below the Fort de la Bastille, offering breathtaking views over the entire valley. A veritable natural park in the heart of the city, La Bastille is the city’s green lung: Grenoble’s residents come here to take in the sights and sounds of the thousand-year-old forest. Less than 5 minutes’ walk from the residence takes you to the banks of the Isère and its many bars and restaurants. Cross the Saint-Laurent footbridge and you’re in the heart of the city. Here you can visit the Grenoble Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral or simply stroll through the lively pedestrian streets of the historic center. On the way back, either on foot or by taking the legendary Grenoble cable car Grenoble’s legendary cable car, enjoy the open-air nature park that is La Bastille hill. On your way, don’t miss a visit (below the residence) to the Musée Dauphinois!
