THE BABEL COMMUNITY residences, located in city centers, offer stylish, fully furnished coliving apartments with premium services to make life easier (housekeeping, concierge, mail management, etc.), welcoming common areas (gym, restaurant, terraces, etc.) for socializing, and weekly events to bring residents together.

Whether you choose a shared room or a private apartment, just unpack your suitcase and you’ll immediately feel at home. Welcome home!

One night, one month… or more!

Our lease agreements are designed to be flexible: with or without a commitment, for terms ranging from one month to seven months or longer, with just one month’s notice.

Some apartments are also available for short-term stays (less than one month), with a per-night rate. You can check real-time availability on the residence’s Hotel page.

Le coworking permet d’utiliser un poste de travail dans un espace partagé avec d’autres professionnels, en open space, sans place attitrée.

The private office is reserved exclusively for your team, offering a closed, partitioned, and fully furnished space. It is located within the coworking space.

Each of our locations offers both options, so you can choose the solution that best suits your business.

Book your accommodation online through a 100% digital process!

  • For a medium- or long-term stay:

Check the availability of our apartments on our website and submit your request by filling out the dedicated form. To confirm your reservation, a deposit of €99 as well as supporting documents and official paperwork will be required.

You have 48 hours to complete your file and sign the rental contract in just a few clicks! If your application is rejected due to incompleteness (failure to upload the required documents), the deposit will be retained. If, following a review, your creditworthiness is deemed insufficient, the deposit will be refunded in full no later than 24 hours after notification of the rejection.

Once your application is accepted, the first payment corresponding to the move-in invoice—including pro-rated rent, utilities, move-in fees, and the security deposit—is processed online.

All you have to do is schedule your check-in online based on your availability!

To reserve a desk in the open space, either by the day or by the month, you can book directly online on our website. You will then receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information for your visit.

To rent private offices, fill out our contact form to be connected with an expert. We will offer you a call and a tour of the available spaces to help you find the solution best suited to your needs before signing the contract online.

Free electric shuttle service

We provide our customers with a free electric shuttle that picks you up on request at the docks and drops you off in less than 3 minutes in front of our residence.

– Sunday > 12h – 15h

Electric bike rental in Grenoble

The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).

Monthly rates (including maintenance): from €27 (€15 for under-25s) for a classic electric bike to €40 (€22/month for under-25s). We strongly recommend the VAE Montagne model.

Book your bike before you arrive and collect it directly from Grenoble station (open 7/7).
