The Bordeaux Chartrons Residence features a dedicated fitness area of over 150 square meters! A large gym with hardwood floors and high-end sports equipment, plus a cardio-fitness area equipped with state-of-the-art machines.
Residents—colivers & coworkers—have access to the cardio-fitness room and gym whenever they like.
Premium exercise machines and equipment (bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines, dumbbells, balls, treadmills…) are at their disposal. Plug in your phone and start your workout to music!
From time to time, instructors come to give sports lessons open to all! For added comfort, changing rooms with showers and lockers are available.
Classes, a personal trainer, or a wellness retreat? These spaces are also available for rent: by the hour, monthly, or by the day…

Electric bike rental in Grenoble
The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).
Monthly rates (including maintenance): from €27 (€15 for under-25s) for a classic electric bike to €40 (€22/month for under-25s). We strongly recommend the VAE Montagne model.
Book your bike before you arrive and collect it directly from Grenoble station (open 7/7).
