THE BABEL COMMUNITY Residences, located in city centers, offer stylish, fully furnished coliving apartments with premium services to make life easier (housekeeping, concierge, mail management, etc.), welcoming common areas (gym, restaurant, terraces, etc.) to hang out, and weekly events to meet new people. Whether you choose a shared room or a private apartment, all you have to do is unpack your suitcase to feel right at home. Welcome home!
The listed rent is monthly and includes all taxes, based on a commitment of 7 months or more. Rates vary depending on the length of stay.
The price includes the rent for the accommodation: furniture, appliances, and amenities provided. It also includes utilities and services: high-speed internet, maintenance and repairs of common areas, reception and concierge services, free and unlimited access to common areas (gym, terraces, restaurant, etc.), and invitations to events organized by the residence, as well as apartment utilities: hot water, electricity, heating, and air conditioning.
One night, one month… or longer!
Our rental agreements are designed to be flexible: with or without a commitment, for a duration of one to seven months or longer, with just one month’s notice.
Some apartments are also available for short-term stays (less than one month), with a per-night rate. You can check real-time availability on the residence’s Hotel page.

Check the availability of our apartments on our website and submit your request by filling out the dedicated form. To confirm your reservation, you will be asked to pay a deposit of €99 and provide supporting documents and official paperwork.
You have 48 hours to complete your application and sign the lease agreement in just a few clicks! If your application is rejected due to incompleteness (failure to upload the required documents), the deposit will be retained. If, after review, your creditworthiness is insufficient, the deposit will be fully refunded to you no later than 24 hours after notification of the rejection.
Once your application is accepted, the first payment corresponding to the move-in invoice—including pro-rated rent, utilities, move-in fees, and the security deposit—is processed online.

Electric bike rental in Grenoble
The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).
Monthly rates (including maintenance): from €27 (€15 for under-25s) for a classic electric bike to €40 (€22/month for under-25s). We strongly recommend the VAE Montagne model.
