Our team

THE BABEL COMMUNITY team puts the end user at the heart of each of its projects. A young team. Passionate. Complementary A team that talks to each other. Everyday. Around the table, from the very first sketches, are architects and construction technicians. Financiers, of course. But also hospitality experts. Process specialists.

Led by its 2 co-founders since 2004, Matthieu Brugières and Benoit Jobert, this team comes from a variety of backgrounds (industry, construction, major hotel groups, etc.) and complementary training (design, finance, real estate, law, etc.). Each year, it adds the best talents motivated by an ambitious project: to write the housing of tomorrow. And build it today.

Free electric shuttle service

We provide our customers with a free electric shuttle that picks you up on request at the docks and drops you off in less than 3 minutes in front of our residence.

– Saturday > 12h – 15h / 19h – 22h30
– Sunday > 12h – 15h

Electric bike rental in Grenoble

The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).

Monthly rates (including maintenance): from €27 (€15 for under-25s) for a classic electric bike to €40 (€22/month for under-25s). We strongly recommend the VAE Montagne model.

Book your bike before you arrive and collect it directly from Grenoble station (open 7/7).
