The Montpellier Antigone Residence offers you a dedicated space to work out! The members of the residences – colivers & coworkers – have access to the gym and the cardio-fitness room whenever they want. Bikes, elliptical trainers, rowing machines, treadmills… are at their disposal. From time to time, teachers come to give sports classes open to all! Changing rooms with showers are available as well as lockers.

24-HOUR ACCESS FOR MEMBERS

Our residents, Colivers and Coworkers, have unlimited access to the spaces. State-of-the-art sports machines and equipment (mats, weights, balls...) are available. Connect your phone to Sonos and start your sports session with music!

TRAINING ROOM & GYM

Within the residence, discover a space dedicated to sport: a gym with equipment and a cardio-fitness area (elliptical, rowing machines, mats...)! You can also take advantage of changing rooms, lockers and private showers.

We provide our customers with a free electric shuttle that picks you up on request at the docks and drops you off in less than 3 minutes in front of our residence.

– Monday to Friday > 8h – 9h30 / 12h – 15h / 17h30 – 22h30
– Saturday > 12h – 15h / 19h – 22h30
– Sunday > 12h – 15h

Electric bike rental in Grenoble

The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).

Monthly rates (including maintenance): from €27 (€15 for under-25s) for a classic electric bike to €40 (€22/month for under-25s). We strongly recommend the VAE Montagne model.

Book your bike before you arrive and collect it directly from Grenoble station (open 7/7).
