The Residences Marseille Vieux-Port & Marseille République offer you the opportunity to work out in large dedicated spaces! The members of the residences – co-workers – have access to the gyms and cardio-fitness room whenever they want. Bikes, elliptical trainers, rowing machines, treadmills… are at their disposal. Every week, teachers come to give sports classes open to all! Pilates, Yoga, Afrovibe, CrossHit… Changing rooms with showers are available as well as lockers. These spaces are also available for rent!
24-HOUR ACCESS FOR MEMBERS

Our residents, Colivers and Coworkers, have unlimited access to the spaces. State-of-the-art sports machines and equipment (mats, weights, balls, etc.) are available. Connect your phone to Sonos and start your sports session with music!

TRAINING ROOM & GYM

Discover more than 350m² dedicated to sports: gyms with equipment and equipped cardio-fitness areas (elliptical, rowing machines, mats...). You can also take advantage of changing rooms, lockers and private showers!

GROUP CLASSES & COACHING

Chaque gymnase se loue à l’heure ou à la demi-journée pour organiser vos cours de sports collectifs ou individuels: danse, pilates, fitness, musculation… Vous pouvez également y réaliser vos stages sportifs, culturels ou bien-être!

We provide our customers with a free electric shuttle that picks you up on request at the docks and drops you off in less than 3 minutes in front of our residence.

– Sunday > 12h – 15h

Electric bike rental in Grenoble

The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).

Monthly rates (including maintenance): from €27 (€15 for under-25s) for a classic electric bike to €40 (€22/month for under-25s). We strongly recommend the VAE Montagne model.

Book your bike before you arrive and collect it directly from Grenoble station (open 7/7).
