Right in Grenoble city center, the Résidence is located below the Fort de la Bastille, offering breathtaking views over the entire valley. A veritable nature park in the heart of the city, La Bastille is the city’s green lung: Grenoble’s residents come here to take in the views, walk or jog in a thousand-year-old forest. Less than 5 minutes’ walk from the residence takes you to the banks of the Isère and its many bars and restaurants. Cross the Saint-Laurent footbridge and you’re in the heart of the city. Here you can visit the Grenoble Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral or simply stroll through the lively pedestrian streets of the historic center. On the way back, either on foot or by taking the legendary Grenoble cable car Grenoble’s legendary cable car, enjoy the open-air nature park that is La Bastille hill. We provide our customers with a free electric shuttle that picks you up on request at the docks and drops you off in less than 3 minutes in front of our residence.

Electric bike rental in Grenoble
The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).
Monthly rates (including maintenance): from €27 (€15 for under-25s) for a classic electric bike to €40 (€22/month for under-25s). We strongly recommend the VAE Montagne model.
Book your bike before you arrive and collect it directly from Grenoble station (open 7/7).
