In the age of digitalization and the digitalization of work, young workers aspire to more professional mobility. This is the result of a recent survey by Yougov and The Babel Community. Indeed, among the panel of 18-34 year olds questioned, 70% said they would like to move to another city to develop professionally if housing conditions were easier. Coliving is therefore an alternative for these young nomads. By opting for this flexible solution, they will be able to enjoy both a place to live and a place to work easily and for the desired period.
Services & a living environment conducive to teleworking
Working in good conditions while being able to live in a furnished flat for a few weeks or months? This is now possible in several large French cities. Because it is flexibility and comfort that dominate the aspirations of these young workers today. In fact, nearly 55% of them have already considered opting for a residence of this type. The reason? The many services they offer, such as a restaurant, a gym, coworking with computer equipment, a quality wifi connection or the availability of printers are real assets at a time when teleworking is really taking off in France.
