The Lille Les Prés Residence features a dedicated fitness area spanning over 150 square meters! It includes a large gym with hardwood floors and
top-of-the-line equipment, a squash court, and a cardio-fitness area equipped with state-of-the-art machines.

Residents—colivers and coworkers—have access to the cardio-fitness room and the gym whenever they like.

Premium exercise machines and equipment (bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines, dumbbells, balls, treadmills…) are at their disposal. Plug in your phone and start your workout to music!

A squash court open to everyone and an outdoor multi-sport court round out the facilities, offering a variety of activities.

From time to time, instructors come to give sports lessons open to all! For added comfort, changing rooms with showers and lockers are available.

Classes, a personal trainer, or a wellness retreat? These spaces are also available for rent: by the hour, monthly, or by the day…

Reserve the Squash Court

The squash court, measuring over 60 m², is open to everyone and available by reservation—perfect for letting off some steam between meetings or at the end of the day. 45-minute slots are available online from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.!

For me, Babel is an opportunity to have my clients directly on site! Babel gyms are ideal for me to give group classes and private coaching. I really like the fact that the gym is integrated into a large residence, it makes the atmosphere relaxed and friendly!
