The price includes the rent for the accommodation: furniture, appliances, and amenities provided. As well as utilities and services: high-speed internet, maintenance and repairs of common areas, reception and concierge services, free and unlimited access to common areas (gym, terraces, restaurant, etc.), and invitations to events organized by the residence, as well as apartment utilities: hot water, electricity, heating, and air conditioning.

Our lease agreements are designed to be flexible: with or without a commitment, for terms ranging from one month to seven months or longer, with just one month’s notice.
Some apartments are also available for short-term stays (less than one month), with a per-night rate. You can check real-time availability on the residence’s Hotel page.

Check the availability of our apartments on our website and submit your request by filling out the dedicated form. To confirm your reservation, a deposit of €99 as well as supporting documents and official paperwork will be required.
You have 48 hours to complete your file and sign the rental contract in just a few clicks! If your application is rejected due to incompleteness (failure to upload the required documents), the deposit will be retained. If, following a review, your creditworthiness is deemed insufficient, the deposit will be refunded in full no later than 24 hours after notification of the rejection.
Once your application is accepted, the first payment corresponding to the move-in invoice—including pro-rated rent, utilities, move-in fees, and the security deposit—is processed online.

Electric bike rental in Grenoble
The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).
