Access to the building is fully secure. And as a resident, you’ll enjoy unlimited access to the gym and community events.

The listed rent is monthly and includes all taxes, based on a commitment of 7 months or more. Rates vary depending on the length of stay.
The price includes the rent for the accommodation: furniture, appliances, and amenities provided. As well as utilities and services: high-speed internet, maintenance and repairs of common areas, reception and concierge services, free and unlimited access to common areas (gym, terraces, restaurant, etc.), and invitations to events organized by the residence, as well as apartment utilities: hot water, electricity, heating, and air conditioning.
One night, one month… or more!
Our lease agreements are designed to be flexible: with or without a commitment, for terms ranging from one month to seven months or longer, with just one month’s notice.
Some apartments are also available for short-term stays (less than one month), with a per-night rate. You can check real-time availability on the residence’s Hotel page.

Check the availability of our apartments on our website and submit your request by filling out the dedicated form. To confirm your reservation, a deposit of €99 as well as supporting documents and official paperwork will be required.
You have 48 hours to complete your file and sign the rental contract in just a few clicks! If your application is rejected due to incompleteness (failure to upload the required documents), the deposit will be retained. If, following a review, your creditworthiness is deemed insufficient, the deposit will be refunded in full no later than 24 hours after notification of the rejection.
Once your application is accepted, the first payment corresponding to the move-in invoice—including pro-rated rent, utilities, move-in fees, and the security deposit—is processed online.

Less than 5 minutes’ walk from the residence takes you to the banks of the Isère and its many bars and restaurants. Cross the Saint-Laurent footbridge and you’re in the heart of the city. Here you can visit the Grenoble Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral or simply stroll through the lively pedestrian streets of the historic center. On the way back, either on foot or by taking the legendary Grenoble cable car Grenoble’s legendary cable car, enjoy the open-air nature park that is La Bastille hill. Electric bike rental in Grenoble
The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).
Monthly rates (including maintenance): from €27 (€15 for under-25s) for a classic electric bike to €40 (€22/month for under-25s). We strongly recommend the VAE Montagne model.
Book your bike before you arrive and collect it directly from Grenoble station (open 7/7).
