You can book and pay for your meeting room online directly on our website, by going to the page of the room of your choice. It’s never been easier to get together!

Each reservation includes the provision of an equipped meeting room (smart TV, video-conference, paperboard, etc.) and a set-up according to your needs (theatre, U-shaped, conference, etc.).

Also, all reservations include one or more gourmet breaks depending on the duration of the rental! Of course, you have the possibility to book a seated lunch in the restaurant or one of our famous standing cocktail parties.

The different areas of our residences (meeting rooms, etc.) can be privatised or semi-privatised for video shoots, photo shoots and even showrooms!

Are you interested in filming? Make a request via our contact form at the top of the page, being as exhaustive as possible. Once the request has been validated, our team will come back to you with a proposal according to the type of request.

Please note that without a minimum rental spending, the shootings cannot be done during the service hours of our restaurants as well as during the weekends. Also, you can come and see the location on site or in a virtual tour.

Do you need more space for your event? In addition to the rental of meeting rooms, we offer you the possibility to privatise – in whole or in part – the residence’s restaurant to organise all your events. We will provide you with an adapted catering offer!

You were only looking forward to making your presentation in our room and for various reasons your collaborators will not be present… Don’t worry, you can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your event, and schedule it again subject to availability and within one year after the event.

Free electric shuttle service

We provide our customers with a free electric shuttle that picks you up on request at the docks and drops you off in less than 3 minutes in front of our residence.

Opening hours:
– Monday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
– Tuesday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
– Saturday from 12pm to 3pm & from 7pm to 10:30pm
– Sunday, 12 to 4 p.m.

Electric bike rental in Grenoble

The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).

Monthly rates (including maintenance): from €27 (€15 for under-25s) for a classic electric bike to €40 (€22/month for under-25s). We strongly recommend the VAE Montagne model.

Book your bike before you arrive and collect it directly from Grenoble station (open 7/7).
