The fifth residence of The Babel Community opened its doors in June 2025 in the heart of Villeneuve d’Ascq, one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in the Lille metropolitan area.
Here, everything is designed to ensure that its occupants flourish: turnkey from turnkey coliving apartments to flexible Coworking workstations. But there are also numerous communal areas designed for relaxation and socialising: a friendly restaurant open to all, meeting rooms, a large sports centre with squash and fitness facilities, a multi-sports ground, a large wooded park… All this is part of a wider ecosystem of services (cleaning, concierge, etc.) designed to make life easier and free up time for what really matters! Events are organised every day to encourage interaction between co-livers, co-workers and local residents! Together, they coexist and form a vibrant community: The Babel Community.

We provide our customers with a free electric shuttle that picks you up on request at the docks and drops you off in less than 3 minutes in front of our residence.

Electric bike rental in Grenoble
The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).
Monthly rates (including maintenance): from €27 (€15 for under-25s) for a classic electric bike to €40 (€22/month for under-25s). We strongly recommend the VAE Montagne model.
Book your bike before you arrive and collect it directly from Grenoble station (open 7/7).
