Fully furnished and partitioned, our multi-desk offices are modular and can be adapted to fit the size and needs of your team. Our plans are flexible, with or without a long-term commitment.
Access to the building is fully secured. As a coworker, you enjoy unlimited access to premium services (concierge, call box, free meeting rooms, kitchen, lounge area, etc.), the residence’s common areas (fitness center, gym, terrace, etc.), and professional and community events organized for residence members.

Need a private space or custom office space?
Our daily open-space packages include: a dual monitor setup (excluding the Grenoble coworking space), coffee available in the morning, and access to call booths for your calls and video conferences.
In Montpellier, the daily pass includes a coffee-and-coworking package in the restaurant with Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee, fruit, and cookies, but does not include access to call booths or other common areas.
With monthly passes, you also get a business address, access to dedicated meeting rooms, and access to the gym.
Our private offices include all the services of the open spaces, plus: designer and ergonomic furniture, air conditioning, custom storage, and access to open spaces in other cities.
All our rates include: daily cleaning, concierge and reception services, secure business Wi-Fi, free and unlimited access to common areas (terrace, lounge, restaurant, shared kitchen…), invitations to the residence’s weekly events, refreshments, and all charges and costs related to repairs and maintenance of common areas!

The private office is reserved exclusively for your team, offering a closed, partitioned, and fully furnished space. It is located within the coworking space.

To reserve a desk in the open space, either by the day or by the month, you can book directly online on our website. You will then receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information for your visit.

Right in Grenoble city center, the Résidence is located below the Fort de la Bastille, offering breathtaking views over the entire valley. A veritable nature park in the heart of the city, La Bastille is the city’s green lung: Grenoble’s residents come here to take in the views, walk or jog in a thousand-year-old forest. Less than 5 minutes’ walk from the residence takes you to the banks of the Isère and its many bars and restaurants. Cross the Saint-Laurent footbridge and you’re in the heart of the city. Here you can visit the Grenoble Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral or simply stroll through the lively pedestrian streets of the historic center. On the way back, either on foot or by taking the legendary Grenoble cable car Grenoble’s legendary cable car, enjoy the open-air nature park that is La Bastille hill. Electric bike rental in Grenoble
The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).
Monthly rates (including maintenance): from €27 (€15 for under-25s) for a classic electric bike to €40 (€22/month for under-25s). We strongly recommend the VAE Montagne model.
Book your bike before you arrive and collect it directly from Grenoble station (open 7/7).
