Building on the success of its first coliving residence in Marseille, located on rue de la République, THE BABEL COMMUNITY is opening its second Marseille residence in June 2021 in an emblematic building of the city: the historic Galeries Lafayette on the Saint-Ferréol street!

After three years of construction, this 1927 building, typical of Art Deco architecture, is being reinvented as a hybrid space of nearly 8,500m² where people can live, work, play sports, party, and above all, meet.

Here, everything is designed for the fulfillment of its occupants: from turnkey apartments in Coliving to flexible work spaces in Coworking. But also friendly and shared spaces: 2 restaurants, one of which is on the rooftop (what a view!!), a gym, a movie club, meeting rooms with private terraces… All of this in a wider ecosystem of services (cleaning, dry cleaning, concierge service, etc.) to make life easier and keep time for what really matters!

At The Babel Community, we offer Coworking spaces where it is good to work. From open space to private team offices, our offers are ultra-flexible and without commitment. Our spaces allow you to work efficiently and with peace of mind!
RESTAURANT(S)

A first fast-food restaurant, serving homemade and locavore dishes every lunchtime at the entrance of the residence. A second rooftop restaurant with a huge terrace on the 7th floor. At the helm of this exceptional place is Sandra Gatti, Italian by birth, who has created a menu inspired by the dishes of her childhood. A landmark place overlooking the historic heart of a mythical city and offering the most beautiful view of Marseille.
SPORTS CLASSES

The Babel Community Marseille République offers weekly group classes in the Gymnase taught by recognized coaches. Pilates, Yoga, Afrovibe, CrossHit… there is something for everyone!
MEETING ROOMS & EVENTS SPACE

Video-conferencing, Samsung paperboard, UHD screens, private terrace… Our meeting rooms are designed to host your events in complete serenity! Our Restaurant and our large Greenhouse can be privatized for business meetings or private parties.
